BRO GLENN'S 20th BIRTHDAY!

apart frm a mini surprise in the office with a mini cake and the whole Marketing Department singing to the tune of "Happy birthday Glenn~~~~~" :)

he looked shocked but later on like always - big smiles on his face :D :D :D

later on he shared with me, he said he felt like thanking every single one, cos he felt so touched by that simple surprise. he mentioned that it has been long since so many ppl crowd around to celebrate his birthday altogether..

i always enjoy this feeling that Glenn gives me - the feeling of being appreciated.

he does little things for others, gives so willingly and unconditionally that it comes out so naturally. yeah jus use the adjective 'Glenn'.. it simply means any gesture that is genuine , effortless and all natural.

the Crabbie Family chipped in to get him a Bicycle Helmet! a niceee and pretty cool one. i think he loves it so much.. and i knw its all worthy when u see that big smile on his face. when he hugs the bag so tightly, looking at me and say "i love it so much!!" and..when he willingly took out the helmet and wore it in e restaurant!!

wanted to bring him and the group to my Aunt's seafood gallery at Seafood Center@ East Coast! but i thought it will be so inconvenient for ppl who're not living in the east side.. so aft much discussion with Yang Heng, we decided on our familiar grounds - Charcoal Restaurant :)

didn't have much expectations for the food and all.. thats why the food that night satisfied me fully. i dare say they improved so much! Mr Lua mentioned they hire an ex-Fish & Co. chef.. good choice!

price wise was pretty reasonable too. 3 course meal for $15.90 ++
includes a Seafood Salad, Carrot Soup with Crabmeat and a choice of main course : Aglio Olio or Chicken w Orange Sauce..








i enjoyed the meal! not just because of the food.. it was a cosy, familiar, comfortable evening together with Vanus, Christina, Graham, Sherlyn, Yang Heng & Birthday boy!






we had so much fun trying to smash Glenn's face onto the cake! but he's really strong man,only managed to dirty his lips and nose. ahh!!

it was a good way to end the mid week - a Wednesday :)

thanks for the times you shared with me things you don't share with others, it makes me feel extremely honoured to be in that position, to listen and to give you that piece of advice. you are someone i don't mind spending time to give advice,to listen, or to share, because i knw u remember my words well and u really understand my thoughts. you have been sucha nice brother to me, takes good care of me or perhaps i shld say, anyone ard you is blessed with that lil thoughtful care and concern you have for your love ones.

thank you for every single lovely things you've done for me. be it from a simple thank you when i do you a favour or buying mini pancakes biscuits to surprise me on my desk.

someone is flying to TAIWAN tmr!! ahhh! i feel so happy for you, cos i knw its like the first time you and ur family are gonna travel together. im sure that feeling is amazing.. enjoy yourself & most imptly, treasure the time with ur love ones! i knw i'll sure get a gift when u're back :p so heres an advanced thank you.. :D
